There may be times when your online rentals module will fail to load. If this occurs, you will see a error message of “Services are currently unavailable” when accessing the online rentals page at /aerntschoolselect.aspx or /aerntplan.aspx.

but in some cases, you'll see the message below:
If you see this either of the above error messages, first, check that AIM has been connected to your AIMStorefront.
If you have confirmed that AIM and your storefront are properly configured, but are still receiving the error message, double check the following items:
- Make sure your C2B machine (AIM Security Computer) is turned on. If it is on, try rebooting it.
- Make sure your C2B machine (AIM Security Computer) is on the latest weekly software release from Tri-Tech.
- Make sure your C2B machine (AIM Security Computer) IP address has not changed, or that you have not installed any software blocking the connection to your C2B machine from your website.
