If you are on v11 of AIM, you'll need to enter your AIMsiStoreID. To get your storeID. If you do not know your storeID, please contact Tri-Tech and ask them for it. Once you have your storeID, log into /aesys of your store:

  • Go To Configuration > Settings
  • Change your settings group to C2B and type AIMSI in the search name
  • Click Apply Filter

  • Make sure your AIMsiApiVersion is set to 11
  • Add your StoreID to the AIMsiStoreID setting
  • After you have saved your settings, refresh your store.
